The room was clean, quiet, and located on a high floor. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the Macy's Day Fourth of July fireworks show right from our balcony. The front desk representative, Justin, was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The shower was fantastic with its rain fall shower head and normal shower head. The hotel's central location was convenient, just a few minutes walk from popular attractions like the Empire State Building. Plus, there was a subway station just a block away, making it easy to explore the city.
